The NLUC site has been designed for compatibility with older generation web browsers and hardware. Consequently, graphics, text, and layout have been reduced to a minimum. Nevertheless, this site is best viewed with Netscape 4+ or Internet Explorer 4+ or equivalent generation browsers.
