Understanding semantic content
Obviously the most important progress for natural language processing is the understanding of the semantic content of the text
NLUC is working on several approaches to this problem, working both on an improvement of the linguistic resources used in the analysis (taxonomies, semantic dictionaries, concept thesaurus) and on a better set of rules that recognize the deeper structure of the sentences.
